Resolve issue with incorrect Bridge url

If the server returns the following error while using bridge connection:

check the following:

1. Make sure the bridge file is located on the FTP server. Verify the bridge filename with the bridge url's suffix, which you have specified in the proper field of Preferences.

2. In case your store is based on the Cloud PrestaShop, make sure you have installed and configured the bridge connector module at your back-end office.

3. In other cases, please contact with your hosting provider to resolve your issue with the server.
